Anticipating how decisions are made within the assigned market segment, memberplanet’s Director of Sales will explore and uncover the needs of memberplanet’s key customers, and understand how their platform can help support the goals of engaging members. The Director of Sales will utilize influencing and relationship-building skills to expand existing customer segments while providing world-class customer service.
The ideal candidate will bring technology sales experience plus association experience, as an active leader of a group to help connect and understand the needs of target customers. Most importantly, memberplanet’s next Director of Sales should be fun and outgoing and looking to work in a fast-paced environment with like-minded people.

RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to the following):
• Prospect new clients in the Association market segment through professional networking and outbound calls, and react to inbound customer requests.
• Work closely with the team and clients to deliver solutions that solve our clients’ business challenges.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers by understanding their needs and business objectives.
• Manage your sales’ pipeline to meet periodic objectives and develop a strategy for long-term sustained success.
• Deliver platform demonstrations (both online and in person) and attend networking events and tradeshows.
